A pro claims the work.
Sends a job list in any format. Ruxlo matches every address to its parcel and builds the entries — white-glove at launch: we carry the mapping burden.

The owner confirms it.
Two signatures on one fact. The owner of the house — or the builder, for new construction — confirms the work was done.

It stays.
Entries can't be removed once confirmed. Not by the homeowner, not by the next owner, not by us. When the house sells, the record goes with it.

Nothing on record yet. Every page starts here — an invitation, not a fault.
The pro has put their name on the work. One signature, awaiting the second.
Claimed by the pro, confirmed by the owner. Mutually verified — and permanent.
A claim is never displayed as a confirmation. The distinction is the whole point.
The parcel record
Work history, who worked here, photos & scope, the Property Profile. Permanent, uneditable, attached to the house — it survives the sale.
The personal file
Receipts & warranties live in the homeowner's personal file — private, hers, deletable on request. Same screen, a different regime, by design.
